Sinopsis
Amusing verses and bright full color pictures describe the sights and the people encountered by a family of Victorian children on its first journey abroad, to Northern France and Paris.
Crane was born at Chester. In 1824, he went to London, and joined the Royal Academy schools. There he remained for two years, receiving, in 1825, a medal for drawings from the antique.
